    I have had a variety of experiences here so I will give it a 3 star rating.

    Some staff are friendly and remember you (basically because I come in almost daily), while others act like you are bothering them to come in and order.

    Drinks are fairly consistently good.

    I think staff do not put out new mugs/tumblers and keep to resale themselves. I have to travel 30min to another store to get new ones when they come out.

    VERY slow drive thru!!!

    **be aware the drive they is a very tight turn for big trucks like an F250**

    I tried to give this place one last chance and they failed again. Stopped for a basic grande blonde roast with almond milk. Sat in the drive through (AGAIN) for 15-20 minutes. Finally got my coffee, get back on the highway, take my first sip and it's.....COLD!!! $5 wasted on cold hot coffee

    Just stopped in for a coffee and breakfast to go. The staff was super friendly and energetic, service was prompt and bathrooms were clean! Definitely a win in my book!

    Horrible slow service. The drive-through is a nightmare to get stuck in there's no way out of it! For some reason they  have no idea what a dry cappuccino is. Going inside is no better especially if you're in a hurry. The cashiers endlessly chat with the clients ahead of you disregarding that it's lunchtime people are in a hurry.
